Due to the disapperance of many script sites, SupG's site, etc. And the fact the many traders have scripts they would like to post publicly, I'm begging a new site;

The Script Valut. This site will be dedicated to the Trade Wars community, bringing traders scripts from the masters of script writing, and I hope to have it up soon...

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to host the site for me, as I would like to include many options, such as a phpBB fourm dedicated to helping scripters in their attempts to build new scripts, and attempts to fix bugs and such.

Please e-mail me at daniel_e_higginbotham@yahoo.com if you would be willing to host the site. Or if you would like to post any scripts/packages I would be willing to go through the time of recieveing and posting files.

Anyone intrested in helping me build a scripters paradise, please give me a chat...

I don't suppose there is any chance you'll collaborate with RammaR? I'm all for TW resources, and I appreciate the effort that goes into projects like this... but SupG's site was great because it was THE site. Sites for info should be numerous, but sites where people contribute scripts should be few, in my opinion. This will help consolidate the scripts, and the feedback that goes along with those scripts. If I have a script for release, I don't want to post it on 6 sites, and try to monitor 6 sites for feedback. Far better to post it to THE scripts site, and monitor feedback there.

I encourage you to work on a scripts site, and I'm glad you are able to. But if you see any sense in what I've said, could you at least see if RammaR is willing to accomodate you? If you guys come up with a site with multiple portals into a single script and feedback repository, it would be a HUGE benefit to the scripting community. But if you both make great sites, then the focus is split.

I think we'd all like to see what you can offer, but it would be great if it could be integrated with what others are working on somehow.

ElderProphet there is a huge chance that I would love to work on this project along side RammaR. I would like to contact RammaR directly and talk to him one-on-one about this project, and all those who are willing to get involved. I would like to make something that can replace Scripters Tavern, and go a few steps further. Someone get me RammaR's ICQ or RammaR just e-mail me...

Hey DEH -- I've been out of town for a few days so just reading this now. CK has been helping me learn Cold Fusion scripting and we've made a ton of progress on the site. The script DB needs just a little more "polish" but is functional and the Forum is the next big task before it goes live. Just like a script is never really finished the site will always be a work in progress but I'm really trying to get it a ways down the road before its published. My ICQ is: 135333708 -- drop me a line and we can discuss what you were looking for. Input and help is always a good thing.

RammaR seems like you have the back end of things handled pretty well. I could make a similar site in php, and create an a very easy phpBB fourm, but it seems like you have that all handled. No reason to make a site to compete with yours. I tell you what, you can handle the back end however you like. Are you good with graphics?? I'm willing to handle the front end/graphics/styles/etc. You just holla and let me know...

you can see some VERY basic graphics I was working on for the Script Vault at

Looks like RammaR has gotten alot more done than anyone imagined. I'm aware that the site is in the finishing stages, and RammaR, with the help of the ever great Cherokee, has begun a great site. Not sure if he has a host for it yet, but since he has put so much effort into his site, the ScriptVault will go into the history books before it even starts up.

If RammaR ever has any trouble, dont think I will hesitate to bring it back in.
Great job RammaR, and happy scripting all...
