Howdy ya'll!! Just wanted to update you on Uncle Sam's/Krimsonblades duping tactics, seems he/she did it again today BIG TIME!! OHHH boy howdy, and he/she still got shot down and SD'ed!! Oh well I guess thats just too, too, bad and very, very sad!!! Although he/she has continued the exact same weak tactics everyday since the posting of the last Forum (no shame for the wicked?), I figured if you all wanted more proof then this just about covers it all, yup, wraps her all up! I am not even going to bother replying to any of the posting's you all have made against me, most of them are arrogantly rude, simplistic, and overly misguided, thus I feel its pointless to so. Ok deep breath, trying not to be rude... First it would be nice to know who you are saying are dupes and who you are saying aren't. I'm guessing your saying riff raf, the kid, and contract killer are your so called "dupes." All you are doing is denouncing the servers integrity. By saying that Uncle Sam and Krimsonblade are duping means the servers op isn't maintaining the sites rules, why would we want to play there if a no duping rule isn't enforced. How do I know other rules aren't enforced? If these are dupes and duping isn't allowed don't come here complain to the sysop of the server. It's there job to enforce the rules and make sure people are playing fairly. If rules aren't enforced, don't complain about them being broken. We don't care if TWuniverse or anywhere else is being duped on, we really care if the rules are being enforced if there is a rule against duping we expect it to be enforced, if it isn't that's not our problem take your beaf to the sysop. Your first post you were trying to promote the integrity of the site. Well you've only dropped it's status more. Again i don't know if your duping claims are true, but if they are and there not being enforced, then find another place to play if complaining to the sysop doesn't do anything.

The monitoring of IP addresses might have worked back when 386's were hot stuff, but since the conception of DLS, broadband, LAN, satellite internet, route-through severs, firewalls, etc. a new IP is assigned to each new connection (or can be made to do so), thus monitoring IP's only works for those whom are using outdated technologies.

Hey thought maybe in a future version of TW they can add a few new customized ranks for the players that like to cheat and then pretend that it is ok to do so, or for the players that think its ok to cheat whenever it comes to the point in the game where actual an strategy has to be implemented or an thought process has to be called upon, they could be something like...

First, none of the players you are claiming duped are my “buddy’s” I have played against Uncle Sam in TCW other then that I don’t know any of them at all I don’t even have them on ICQ.

Second, all you have managed to do is frighten people away from ever wanting to play on that TWGS. Therefore hurting the server in the long run. It’s the sysops job to enforce duping rules.

Third, even if they were duping it’s just a game sometimes you just have to let it go and move on. Like last night my corp and I were locking tow on our ships in fed before turn one of us dropped tow we lost the ship did we argue over who was suppose to have locked tow on the ship, no we moved on because it’s just a game.

Fourth, you didn’t answer my question why hijack this thread?

Go whine to the sysop. If there is something going on that goes against the server rules, then it's up to the sysop to enforce it. If players are breaking the rules, and the sysop does nothing, then don't play there. If you aren't comfortable playing with someone in a game, then find some other game to play in. the point is that it doesnt matter if they duped or not, we are not the sysop and neither are you. since the sysop did NOT step forward and do anything about it, we can only conclude that either a)they didn't dupe or b) it is not against server rules.
therefore, this makes you just a whiney kid with nothing better to do than try to badmouth people who are better than you.
so either a) learn to play this game or b) refer to #2.

Dupping is always wrong, what kinda shtick would even want to play in a game were, whenever they got PODDED/SD'ed all they would have to do is log on another dupe player have them join you Corp. and then keep playing, what possible fun would that be... oh let me guess Slippy-Slippy and Uncle Smacky! Also to clarify, the 2 red-dupe players that were made up to experiment with scripting have never been used to attack another players assests, which is a far cry from what Uncle Smacky-Cracky, does on a daily basis. I notice also to this day he/she still denies using dupes, instead he/she has choosen to switch my proven alligations back onto my Corp.

Also to note, we are telling the sysop because we have determined that ol' Smacky-Cracky needs all the help he/she can get, cause' we are and always have been #1!!! Yes that is an outstanding fact, we are the better players in the game!!! Also we game in 3-days late during an AliensBase game and remained #1 till it was rebanged, eventhough Uncle Smackies/Krumbleblades Fakie-Corp. had rapped all the colo's, we still held our own even in that red favored game. So we are a pretty good Corp., and can back up our game. This is only being mentioned cause' you all insist on taking smack down about me, eventhough each of you claims to never heard of me, so... shame on you!! Yea, that's right!!

I wanted to notify other players about his/her predictably weak form of tactics, constant use of foul and immature language, and lack of any redeming gaming strategies. If my alligations upset you, I would only assume that is because you yourselves use these same chump tactics. Well just know that they only degrade the value of the game and the funny thing is they only serve to keep new non-corp. players from joining an already existing game! You would have to hack into the boards server and then know which file to look for and how to manipulate it in-order to alter a games CAP files. IP addresses are inherent to a program/servers settings and are changed/altered automatically without the assistance of or awareness from the user.
