I'm with you to an extent. Scripting is definately going to ruin this game for everyone. That's why I tried to create games that made scripting irrelevant (which is a tall order), and it also explains why the long time scripters who can't play at all without their scripts take one look at my edits and say "the game is unplayable." It's because they have been letting their computers play the game for them for so long, they've forgotten HOW to play.

Ok SGO.. we understand you do not like the scripts.

YOu are like many others...(like myself), that returned to the game looking for the same type game like back in the "OLD DAYS".


GUESS WHAT?

It's the SAME game...but low and behold... The players have advanced their automation of mundane feature to relative ease.

The more talented and innovative wrote scripts to round out their arsenals.

A retarded monkey could sit here and say "the games today are dominated by scripts.."

Simple fact is most people want to become competitive...

Is more the fact of have... or have not scripts and the ability to use them intelligently.

All scripts have flaws.

Some easier to exploit than others.

The game play has advanced to a level of either conform... do the best you can and try to learn and adapt... or piss and moan and play on servers with like minded people... which are few and far between from what I've seen.

You apparently are not truly stupid... but some of the post you have made in the past kind of put you in a tainted light...

This should be an easy concept for you to grasp.

From what I understand SGO, the non-scripters aren't playing your games either. You're curing an ingrown toenail by cutting off the entire foot, it would seem.
