Harley I have to agree with Tige and Gravedigger on this one. I believe you are in the wrong on this one. Now you have jumped all over my butt about posting these type things in the other sections. And, what is the first thing you say. This type of post belongs in the smack talk section. Now he comes to the smack talk section, which I also believe has no moderator posted beside it. You want to jump on him for doing this in another forum and I understand, but not here. Also, I can see there is one rule that needs to be deleted. The hateful one, if we were all following that rule from the above listed then there might as well not be a smack talk forum. I do believe that all smack talk is hateful. We are all not here to talk about our cookie recipies. Or if these shoes make my eyes shine out.

Gravedigger, the above quote from tige is what I took exception too. According to him, he actively told someone that he was going to piss BC and company off. He did this with the intention of pissing someone off. He wasn't trying to address a problem or be helpful to anyone in any way.

And by the way, it is a "No Holds Barred Player Discussion" area...not player accusation area. Sometimes people get out of hand but in this case it has gone past that. There was no attempt at talking smack regardless of what he states now. It was a deliberate attempt to upset someone and possibly try to damage the reputation that they have.

We are very lucky to live in a country where we have freedom of speech. We get away with saying most anything we want. Dont go in a crowded theater and yell fire if there isnt one and cause someone dammage. you will be held accountable. TiGe admitted he Falsely accused to cause trouble. So Kemper3 is right. IMHO

There is a distinct difference between freedom of speech and intentionally badmouthing someone for no reason. One is in the constitution and is encouraged to voice your opinion; and the other is slander/libel. I'll let you decide which is which.

This is smack talk, player and sysop and Moderator LOL. Anyways Tige you are right you post like that you get a reaction. Kemper can ban anyone he wants for all I care. It just seems like every other thread in this section is someone accusing someone else of cheating. My impression is: this joker didn't really like the idea of playing on a server against an opponent whose friend ran it; if I didn't know these guys reputation as being honest I can't say I'd be any different (course I wouldn't post it in a forum, I just wouldn't play there). He may have done it to piss these guys off, but really, isn't that what a heck a lot of these posts are about?

Someone says someone else sucks when I bet a lot of the time one of them knows the other player doesn't suck that bad. Dam, someone cry libel!

That pretty much sums up my opinion on the matter. If you honestly think you've been cheated, it's one thing. If you plan to come here and make intentionally libelous accuastions, just to piss someone off, you are not going to be welcome here any longer. While this may be a smack talk forum, it is also an official EIS forum and this sort of thing will not be allowed. My decision on this issue is final. Feel free to disagree with that decision, but if you don't follow it, you can expect to be banned. I have nothing more to say on this particular issue.

Harley all along I said, This is my opion and that I had only rumors, Plus I said "Enter at your own risk". my first post also read "Not to call anyone cheaters". I never made any libel remarks. SO how is that wrong. Plus I told the people that I was going to piss off BC after BC made remarks back at me. So that my whole goal wasnt to piss them off.

LAST, SGO posted earlier that he found a cheating SYSOP (Later he took it back). NOW I didn't see EIS tell him to quit or else, so why me. NOW if this is the wishes of EIS ok. But please tell me what I did wrong. I didn't call anyone cheaters. Yes it was implied because that was the way I seen it. it is also why I put "Not to call anyone cheaters" because I had only rumors not proof.
