US and Canada for sure are top 5. Beats me on the rest.

With exception to those in the military playing from their duty stations, I think the only other Country would be the United Kingdom.

No, theres other countries. Vid Kid is in Guam (sort of the US, but not really). Xide is in New Zealand, and theres a guy from Germany who plays, but I can't remember his name for the life of me.....
