Just a few comments for all.

Post rules before a game starts. And don't change them after. And don't enforce rules that are not posted. And don't make changes to a game after its started.

If the logs cannot prove someone broke the rules, then don't act on accusations by another player. Same for duping.

If you are an aggressive player, play against other aggresive players. Stop the killfest on the newbs. Only thing you are teaching them is how to look for another game. Im not a newb but I don't mind getting slaughtered by you guys.

Don't play at a server you have a problem with.

If the sysops and trade warriors would do these few things...it might make alot more happy people.

BC you can't find a game anywhere what is the problem. You whine call people cheaters everywhere. Geez dude Grow up. People will help if you ask. Maybe you just need help mentally. Well, there are people that can help you there too. Now, don't hold back... Give it up

Actually, why is it that I never complain about good servers. Hmmm, lets see...your server where you play and tedit yourself credits. Pinks server where the players admitted they were told the location of an alien planet that was full of cash and no figs. Pink told them to hurry and cap it and take us out of the game and the players also said they were given the location of our base by sysop. Then loris server where sysop got on power trip and deleted me because i capped my ship back from a player who had captured it from me during a no attack. I will at least give lori credit as she admitted her mistake. You new sysops should really learn about the game before starting a twgs server. Newbs dont really mind getting cheated, but people who play the game alot do. All three servers are NEW servers that have sysops who arent any good at the game and dont understand how to run a server. Yours takes the cake though. You didnt even do a very good job of hiding your cheating. So, my response is this. You suck, your server sucks, and your tw ability even with TEDIT SUX! Get a life and go do a palm reading or something, moron.

Just a word about jknot and the cronies he hangs with on Rainbow,they all suck.They cheat then complain when you say something.I like her server,especially since she got a new system,its faster now,but some of the people who play are less than honorable and they know who i mean.I highly recommend Supermans and Toadsville.No problems yet and yo can reach the sysops easily.

Ok I havent played on Lori's server in several months but I think its a matter of inexperience mostly and not being familiar enough with the settings and what all is affected by them. I am a very experienced player and also have my own server, the difference is I know what 98% of the settings do and the others I am playing with for a couple months before making it public so I understand them. I tried to help Lori with her server several months ago and made several suggestions to her and she made several changes that were good. Still the biggest problems I saw was a slow laggy server, way over edited planets and ships, and unrealistic game rules. Leave the planets and most of the ships something close to stock for balance. Edit in a couple nice ships for reds and blues maybe only available by capture from alien races. Only make large edits to alien planets to keep them from being taken on day 1. And to hell with no attack rules except maybe for the first hours or day of an unlimited game. The game has to have balance and if you dont understand the game and play both blue and red well then you need to learn before editing a server or you will have people with L6 planets on day 3 that cant be defeated and everyone will go to another game. I noticed most games on her server only lasted about a week. I choose to play elsewhere because I like a fast server with balanced games. Dont criticize Lori for her server as she is providing it free to you. Instead send her a friendly email like I did and make suggestions to help her out, understand that she is fairly new to it and dont rake her over the coals for trying.

Did she move it to a better machine or a better internet connection, because last I heard was that her connect just sucked. Shorty, what sucks about it is that, Angus was tryin to cap a planet, and she reloaded it with ore, just as he was mothing it down. Is that not just a little odd? I would have thought it to be very odd if I was playing on your server, and I was cappin for example ferrengal and you just happen to tedit more ore in. Also on the same hand, I also noticed Rainbow Hearts hates rebanging games, and has sudden fits about it. Because unlimited players jump on an take the game over right away, most unlimited games just dont last long.

As for ChrisCollings server, its a nice thing that its free to play and it doesnt cost anything, same with Rainbow Hearts, but the biggest problem is sysops playin with Tedit and not admitting it when clearly its so obvious. Or even gameops playin their own games. I can understand gameops wanting to help people, but when it gets to the point that sometimes in the game its so laggy, and on the other hand the gameop is doin so well because its on a local connect. But I minus well shut up now, I got to say my little bit.

Well its like I said, inexperience and way too many edits cause a game to be greatly unbalanced. The few games I played there I had the best ships and planets and a couple hundred thousand fighters in a couple days. Now tell me you cant invade an alien planet even maxed under those terms. True she shouldnt edit the planet during an invasion but it all comes down to "Oh s***...they got enough to take it already!!" then making an inappropriate decision to try and make the game last longer when in fact she needs to cut the edits drasticly so you cant get that powerful that fast. I know they hate to bang a game but as soon as they learn its because its overedited, many of them are unlimited or very high turns, and their no attack rule needs to go, then they can fix the problems with their server. If you dont like the server then do what I have and just dont play there.

I dont know about Chris Collings server as I have never played there but if a person can play on his own server being fair and not even looking at tedit for that game then so be it...let him play. If he cant stay out of tedit and its very obvious like you people say then dont play there. He will get the message when he looks at the $80 he spent to register it and nobody plays.

In the end its like anything else in life...the court of public response is stronger than the court of public opinion.
