Now there's gonna be a rule that you can't ask somebody to come moth for you. I did it, lorelei came in and accused other player of being a dupe....or should I say that I was a dupe of the other player.
I'd laugh if duping wasn't such a serious accusation.
When she checks log of IP's she's gonna see that we weren't dupes, but she sure was quick to accuse.

You can give me reasons for not coming into game just for this purpose and I'd probably agree with you, but it is prime example of why it's not a good thing to have rules that the game itself does not enforce.

Another person who is too dumb to realize they are flaunting their stupidity. Read the friggin post at the top before coming on here and bashing people. This thread was started to WARN people about problems I had with a server. If you cant understand that then please do us a favor and disappear. If you could please point out where anyone screwed up in a game and then used this forum for saving face, please do so. I made the post because of a STUPID sysop mistake. Funny how if i was wrong i was immediately UNbanned from the server. The problem with the server is that the sysop listened to some newb like you and didnt find out the real story. There are lots of people in the TW community who think we should cater to newbs like you in order to "save" the game. I tend to go to the other extreme. I dont like stupid people who stick their noses in places it doenst belong. Disappear, please.

Let me scroll back...Nope, not one single post of whining by me. I simply stated a FACT about a server that was poorly ran. Maybe it still is, maybe it isnt. The day that the above events happened the sysop made a mistake because people like you who have no understanding of the WAR part of this game cried. I never complained to sysop about anything. Hell, i didnt even complain that i was attacked. So, moron, i guess you should go read the thread again. It was started to let people know that they should beware of this server because the sysop edits games already in progress which is absolutely something the sysop should never do.

Finally, it is people like you that are going to be the ultimate reason that people decide to quit playing this game. People have different playing styles. I dont criticize your building strategy but for some reason i am perceived as this big threat to people like you. I kill in the game because i have a REAL life and dont need the social aspect of the game in order to function. So, personally, I dont really mind if I dont have anyone to play against in a game. I will simply find another game and kill there too.

You know i have been playign there for a few weeks now... I have two have been warned for such violations when they werent even posted... OK so you have rules its all god but atleast fricking post the Darn things. And not on your website but the acutal server. Why have a server if your gonna ban every player worth having? See what i mean Sev. Just trying to help people out. The sysops there WERE the type to get on a power trip and start talking about banning people over anything. In that particular game I KNOW of FOUR people who were given bans completely from the server. Two of those were revoked because of the posts made in this forum, but who in their right mind would play there when there are sooooo many other places that are honestly ran?

just a thought... perhaps it isnt a question of a honesty but of inexperience? It seems the sysops hear of a problem and try to deal with as best they can i.e. they ban/delete the accused trusting what information they are gaining from the other players.

I might suggest to the sysop that before banning someone from their server they investigate all information regarding an incident including the accused before deciding to ban that person.

Well I played on Lorilei's server after being asked to help out somebody. I helped him build and we started capping special planets. I do a ZTM and come back in 4 hours and the game is rebanged. (PROBLEM 1)
I start after the bang - everyone is building as there is a manditory 5 day truce. Fine - I play by the rules. After 2 days, one of the Rainbow Heart regulars (jknot) pods my corpie while he's coloing, and proceeds to attack others who are doing the same. Jknot is laughing and expecting to get booted for his behavior. Lorilei comes in and yells AT US for complaining, and does nothing to jknot. Even jknot is embarrased by her behavior, as he finally CBYs to make the game back to normal.

On top of that - during the previous 2 days, she fills ore in Ferrengal AS IM MOTHING! -- so I blow an extra mill figs trying to get it mothed down again. We ended up winning the game, but by then everyone had moved to a diff game on the server. I've never seen a 'sop do anything resembling these illogical and wrong actions. I am avoiding the server like the plague.

P.S. Her server is unplayably slow most of the time, she must be downloading porn from sysopbeastiality.com or something.

LMAO! Nice ending to that angus. All i can say is...I told you so. Some sysops think they exist to be noticed. Why cant they all be like silver dragon or Jerry? Anyway, I havent been back even though i have been asked to help people out several times, i just cant feel comfortable playing there. On the other hand, i have been playing at midnights server and really like it so far. Game edits are not that great, but sysop seems to stay on top of game and is very helpful so far. Server seems ok as far as speed goes and she even deleted drunken master so something must be good about her.
