For those of you who have servers of your own:
I have been paying attention as of late to people logging in. Every so often, I get someone logging into my server under the name of "observer" and doesn't jump into games, just sits processing menu commands. But if I spy on the node, its continously blank, meaning it isn't doing anything.

Anyone else experience this?

I am not , but don't be alarmed ...
It could be a player looking over game setting or someone
watching for players entering games.

Also for new sysops : the spy mode can go blank if used alot.
meaning sometimes server has to be re-booted to get it working.

Heh, yeah, that's a bot I run to monitor the game: http://www.twdata.org/twgs Sometimes the script doesn't go through the menus right so it might timeout at 10 minutes.

If it bothers you, I can turn it off.

That's kinda cool actually, I don't play those games but checked out your data site and it's neat.

Well, if you have a twgs game you'd like me to add, I put it up there too. I'm hoping to add more graphs and eventually email alerts. Interesting analysis possibilities looking at key statistics over time.
