Cant connect to admin port

 ok heres my problem. I cant connect to my admin port on my server
My game port is 23. and that one is fine, you can connect. Now the admin port is 2002 and i set port forward in my router for this also . All it will say is connection accepted then connection lost!! The server is set to accept any IP on admin also! what else am i missing??? The admin port should be 2003, try that and see if you can get in, unless you physically changed it. Port 2003 is the default port for admin.
