My apologies if these two items have been covered before, but I was unable to find any mention of them after searching the forums.

I currently have two things which appear to be bugs. The first one has to do with apparently 'bad' ports. They appear find in the editor, fine on scanners, and fine in sector, but when you attempt to trade with them, then just spit you back out and take a turn off. The follow is an example of one of said ports :

Sector : 19969 in uncharted space.
Ports : Russel Annex, Class 1 (BBS)
Fighters: 1 (belong to your Corp) [Toll]
Warps to Sector(s) : 7923 - 14436

Command [TL=00:00:00]:[19969] (?=Help)? : P
Enter your choice [T] ? T

Docking...
One turn deducted, 836 turns left.

Command [TL=00:00:00]:[19969] (?=Help)? : C
Computer command [TL=00:00:00]:[19969] (?=Help)? R
What sector is the port in? [19969]

Commerce report for Russel Annex: 01:35:57 PM Wed Aug 20, 2014

Items Status Trading % of max OnBoard
----- ------ ------- -------- -------
Fuel Ore Buying 261 18% 135
Organics Buying 1500 100% 0
Equipment Selling 2750 100% 0

Computer command [TL=00:00:00]:[19969] (?=Help)?

Not exactly how a port is supposed to react. According to the editor, nobody has ever ported at this port before (which also makes me wonder how it only has 18% of it's stock).

The other issue has to do with orphaned sectors. I and other players have so far discovered atleast 50 sectors out of this 20,000 sector game that are not properly linked. They will have routes out, but no routes in. The game is a 20,000 sector game, with a max hop count of 75 hops. Both the ingame route calculation system and SWATH's route calculation system with a full ZTM in it's database can find a route in. Looking at a visual map, they appear to be isolated pocks with a 1 way warp out, but no warp in. Is there some way to correct this issue without rebanging? :)

Thank you in advance for any help that anybody can give on this two issues. :)

The first bug you have. Is a known bug and JP has supposedly fixed this in the next build .56. But, know one at the mement knows when it will be releast. This bug is cause by using the Tunnel option in Big Bang. The only thing you can do is either blow up those posts with in the game. Or use TEDIT to delete those ports. There is no way to fix them.

The second problem you have, seems to be a new one. Is this in the same game as the first problem. Then it too might be caused by the Tunnel Feature in Big Bang. The Sysop/Game-op can fix this by editing the sector warps for the sectors in question in TEDIT. But, the sysop/game-op may want to do a rebang and remove the tunnel feature. This way it would be easier to fix.

Wait until when ever .56 comes out to use the Tunnel Feature in Big Bang. Personally I don't see .56 coming out before the end of the year. Although it would be nice if it did.

Both of these bugs are known problems with v.55 which introduced the new bubble options. Both have already been corrected in v.56 which is still in the works. I won't even try to guess at an anticipated release date, though I would hope it's within the next couple months.

Ahhhh... patience young daniel-son... paaaatience. I'd rather wait a couple months for a version that wont crash my computer than pressure anyone into releasing unfinished code (points to the above mentioned Microsoft).

Defentally! I agree. I would rather see a finished Product than a quick fix (that will need fixing later)
