Ok, first question is what does MoveCh stand for and if changed from 1 in 20, what would that do?

It stands for move chance, in other words, its the chance that the alien or ferrengi will move during a certain time period. This is different between the internal aliens and the gold aliens. Best thing to do is to select the option in the editor and it will explain it for you. It sounds like you are looking at the one for the internal aliens in the general editor and it determines the move chance per every 3 process intervals. The gold alien editor is per 30 seconds.

Thanks Shorty and yes, was looking in the general editor. I'll be registering my twgs this week and while not being able to do much with the unreg version, it does bring questions to mind. I'm just glad nobody minds answering my newbie questions.
