 Sorry if too many people ask, but is it coming out soon? Does anyone know even a relative date? if it is still being developed what kidn of cahnges are gonna be made? TeamEIS this one's for you.

TW v4 is still on the "drawing board" phase. No work has begun on coding it, and it will likely be a while before any serious work begins on it. Many, many issues need to be addressed in v4 before coding even begins.
