Im not asking what ansi editor to use, and i already ran a search on this and paged through 7 pages of threads.

Anyway, i cooked up a slick intro ansi for my server, i put in the path to the file in config and everything, and nothing i do will work. It just refuses to load. When you log in, it pauses for a second or 2 after "registered to Enos" like its trying to do it, but then just dumps the default menu.

Any ideas? The ansi is 79 characters wide, i know the path is correct. Ive even tried like 2 different paths just out of desperation.

You don't seem to be able to put in a path. Put it in the TWGS directory (example: C:\Program Files\EIS\TWGS) and then have just a filename instead of a full path. That should make it work.

Hey thanks alot man, that works fine. Now if i could only get the ansi itself to display good. Does TWGS always put like 3 linefeeds after the menu?

You have to make sure it only a screen size. It can't be bigger than that. So in other words, it should only be about 23 lines tall. Then it should be fine...

That's one of the reasons I use Vdraw instead of TheDraw; I always have to clean up after TheDraw with a text editor if I want it to diplay the ANSIs right from the TWGS.
