Newbie type questions:
1. If I cloak in a dead end, am I totally hidden even from density scan?

2. If I am evil and go to SD, can anyone attack me? while in fed space, I assume so since I would be evil.

3. I was killed while tryiing to turn evil by attacking a port. I had a
ISS loaded with fighters and stuff, and planned to sell it back to SD, when my alignment dropped below 100. I had the ISS parked at SD and I was in maurader when I fried attacking a port, my alignment was around 400. So I can't re-enter game for a day, I come back in expecting to have my ISS available to me, I get in the maurader it the game gave me, but I have no ISS and lose 50k fighters. The ISS was a corporate ship. So why wasn't it still available to me in the game?
Do I lose all assets including planets, ships, etc. when I get killed?
If so why do I still have individual fighters in sectors?

4. In going evil you used to be able to swear at the old trader in the tavern and lose an alignment point. So I used to create a macro to swear in a loop and go evil. I tried same in TWGS, and it will only lose 1 alignment point. So is that trick now gone and you can only swear at old trader once a day?

1. A density scanner will show your cloaking sector as an anomoly, indicating that a player may be cloaked there. A photon can uncloak you unless you are cloaked in fedspace.

2. You can be attacked in fedspace if you are evil. A good can also be attacked if their experience is greater than 999 points.

3. You lose no assets other than your ship when you are killed. However, the feds reposess any unmanned ship in fedspace at extern, unless it is locked in tow by an online player.

4. Swearing only works once per day in TWGS.

All of the above and...

Ok. Again, evil in an ISS doesn't work. You can't xport back to it. If you have a corpie online, have them tow your ISS to safety (or just lock tow, sell lock also works too). Until you're more comfortable with stuff, just forget all about being able to be evil and having an ISS. If you go to stardock and are evil, in an ISS, Zyrain will probably be the first to pod you. If not, then yes anyone else can take a shot. The ISS wouldn't prevent this (why would it?)

Did you attack stardock? Did you do that specifically to go evil? In a podless scout? You got #SD#'d from it, death delay was set to 1 day and like kav said, they repo'd your ISS for it being there at extern. When that happens you get a msg telling you, it also shows up on the daily logs. Look and see. Then like you said in the previous thread... you came back on the next day and found you only had 80-some turns? Sometimes it just sucks to be a lone corpie.

For dropping alignment you can swear at the tavern once, break into a corp once, ping a port (can be risky), attack a blue (or blue ftrs), jet collies, or go into the underground (if you have less than 200 alignment, IIRC) and post a bounty there. One of the reasons why mixed corps are so popular is it makes it easy to change alignments.
