The new script site, http://www.grimytrader.com, is up and running!

I will be out of town for the next week so I wanted to get the site published before leaving. The script library is fully operational and supports TWX 2.02 / 2.03, Swath, and Zoc or Attac script formats. Uploading scripts is easy if you have some you'd like to publish.

The forum area isn't added in yet but will be the next focus as well as a user rating system for the scripts.

Thanks to everyone who provided input and ideas, but especially to CK who's been very patient as I've learned.

Cherokee's Combat Pack and Public Scripts are now available on this site. I will eventually add in each individual script, including source code for most of the public scripts.

Congrats to RammaR for getting this project done on time and under budget (grin).

Thanks RammaR and Cherokee. The site looks great and nice touch with the TW graphics! I know i have some scripts to donate, So lets go people sign up and share. Let's make this our "One stop shopping and resource center for scipting"!

Just a couple of thoughts;

1 - What is the possibility of having a game banged for testing scripts? Nothing worse than having to bother a sysop to bang a test game every few weeks when a script needs to be tested? Maybe somebody would be willing to devote a game letter (G)rimy to a communal script game?

2 - I personally have been doing some scripting lately that does not require me to be ONLINE. But I lack a proper ZTM/CIMMED and 100% explored Universe. Could these be available in the download section?
(WarpSpec/TWX Database/2K Universe or something?)
*There is alot you can do offline*

I will upload all the scripts I can share when I get time to help out.I hope other scripters will do the same.

Zoso, there are 5 test games on the swath server (http://www.swath.net) that allows full tedit access to setup specific scenerios. The ztm/map files for each game are available for download there. Terra used to have a couple test games as as well but that TWGS is offline now. The Grimy Trader site is not on a local box but rather a commercial host server so setting up a TWGS there isn't really an option. Try the Swath games, or maybe we can get Vader or another TWGS to setup a few games.

hehe...RammaR gave me a little peak back before he officaly released the site. Just wanted to say, the functionality of this site is amazing. I'm very impressed at the work RammaR has done, and thanks a mill to Cherokee for teaching RammaR some new tricks with Cold Fusion.

Excellent idea. We could have a WoW forum, and have all kinds of TW conversations in there. My Druid twarps to the Moonglade, and ports quickly so as not to get photoned by the Horde Ganker standing there...
