I'm having some sudden trouble with my TWGS. I was hoping someone could help. I did a search on the forum or error 10048 and didn't come up with anything.

It says that Player Listener Not Initializing. Does anyone know a fix to this? I'll keep looking, but I wanted to ask before I was down for to long.

Ok, now it has gotten worse. I can get the server to connect users for a few seconds, but then the server (twgs) just crashes and shuts down altogether.

I really could use some help.

I have no idea what the error is as pertains to TWGS, but I did a google search and it talks about other programs trying to use the same address slot and this error comes up. I dont know if this is any help, but here is the search results.http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=n ... rror+10048

Thank you, I will look over those links. I didn't do a outside search cause I figured it would just take me to this site anyhow. The only thing is, it actually gives me this code in the status window of the TWGS as part of an internal error message. Thanks again, I'm looking over those links now.

yea I would have done the same thing hoping to nail it here as it would refer to TWGS. I just took a shot in the dark on google . Hope you can track it down, its frustrating just getting an error number that means nothing to you. I am having trouble with a mail server error at the present and still dont have it figured out yet heh.

You're having a port conflict with another program. Specifically, something else is listening on your TWGS port for incomming connections. Change the port twgs listens for connections on or change the port or whatever the other application is.
