 My phone comany is really screwing with me on my static ip and i have not been able to get my server up and running like i have wanted to...Is there any software or anything that i can install that will allow people to connect to my comp without the use of a static ip...Thanks for the help

Head to dyndns.org. Sign up for a dns name. There's software you can put on your server that'll automatically keep dyndns up to date. Everyone can connect to, say, entropy.kicks-ass.net or something.

its also dnsalias.com (same website) i dont use a software... if your ip is static or pseudo static (if you dont know what that means it rarely changes) it takes no software to run just enter the current ip and wait 5 mins it worked great for me and it was free plus you can have upto 5 of them as backups
