Having played tw back in my BBS days I bought the gold registration like over a year aog but am just now getting around to trying to set up a game server. For TWGS, what are the important performance specs. I have the two following sites for potential server setups:

PIII 866mhz 512RAM
Cable 128kps Up - 1.5Mbps Down

Celeron 450mhz 128RAM
DS3 - 6Mpbs Up/down

So what say ye? Is the ram and proc more important than the connection speed or vice versa? What are the determining factors for how many connections should be allowed to a game?
What I'm looking for here are things like, you need X amount of ram per connection or games, X amount of processor speed for so many connections or games, X amount of bandwidth per connection, etc.. those kind of recommendations. Thanks
