Today I witnessed in a game 3 hours old, a trader selling multiple ships loaded with figs. The trader would blast off from SD with a battle ship, then report at SD, Each time, with progressively more figs. Finally, the trader got an IC, and it too soon filled with figs. No one else was coming, or going from SD.
I didn't think about it too hard at first, I thought someone was feeding him cash through the bank. What baffled me though was why, at the end, he would sell the IC (and ALL the figs), and take off in a another ship, it too loaded with figs. This game is 2400 turns, and the trader had -1 alignment. I figure to buy an IC, with 100k figs, would take about 17 million credits.
Anyone have any ideas?
