I'd like to see the planet catalog made more like the ship catalog -- displaying actual data about citadel construction and things like that, not just the planet's ANSI file.

Archy or Vid (getting old I forget which) wrote a script that does the following and makes it available in the game, but requires the sysop run it. It would be nice if this was part of in game info not requiring human interaction :)

That is nice. Should probably be included with any Gold planet edits.

Most everyone has or knows the stats for stock planets or can find them easily.

Laff, and blind. Look to the left and below the product maximums. Vid has modified it somewhat. The ships also have additional information provided.

I got part of it from Vid, and the batch file that runs it from Archy. I was ask at the time not to give it out.

I hope this still works on the TWGS 2.08 plus versions.

It works for me on TWGS 2.07

Warning :
Do not use this script on a stock no gold game.
I did not monkey proof it to testing for gold game.
That is the SysOp/GameOp responsibility.

File comment: This file makes Ship & Planet in game Ansi files.
Make sure that your Game folders contain an ANSI folder before you run this script.

That would be great, it is a useful piece of information for in game. I know people use it a lot if it is available.

Toyman , you might want to get this last one I posted because it now puts NA in the cit times where a planet cit level restricts it from going that high.

This way if it were set to 20 days or 99 days .. it would not show that if the planet max cit level never would allow for it.

check specs on twgs.classictw.com moo2 game.

Also J.P. I have been running a casher script in that game in hopes you would come onto server to check the ticker tape feature to insure its running as you had intended.

But with port regen set to 100% , I can only cash once a day and not always at the same time everyday ..

So we need a better way of contact to communicate with said testers.

It would be nice if the additional ship information that the script does is added also. The link for the display is below.
