Mongoose rightfully brings up that only a couple planets in TW are useful. Fine--we can make edits.
I was wondering, and I'm just spitballing--I know a lot of features have been introduced recently in rapid succession--but what if there could be a few more properties defined for planets that in some way give it a more "naturalistic" behavior.
For instance, in real life, a gas giant eats space debris. A volcanic planet could hypothetically throw off just a tiny bit of radiation every now & then.
Just throwin' it out there.
