I'm having difficulty reproducing the high CPU load when I move with 25 ms move delay. On the beta server, I'm seeing from 3% to 8%, with max 10% spikes on occasion. That's well within my comfort zone. This is a 1000 sector game, so maybe sector count has an impact? Also, there isn't much going on in this test game. Is the load caused by lots of assets in the sectors? I'm also curious if the load goes away with 250 ms move delay. I think it's reasonable to impose a 250 ms minimum move delay as we've done for years. I put 25 ms in just to get a feel for how fast we can go before things start to glitch out. If anyone can demonstrate a high CPU load from moving on the beta server, that would be great. Otherwise, if you can do it on your own server, send me a TWA file and I'll try to reproduce it with that. |

Some people might want to crank down the min to 100 for ultra-fast games. Any way to test 50 or 100ms delays? |

It's currently configurable down to 25 ms, so you can test it. |
