I just spotted something weird ... 1) Buy a carbo scout made personal .. move it to a safe place to blow it up. 2) get a pod carrying ship , corp .. with 10 figs on it and place in same sector. 3) xport into pod carrying ship and attack the carbo ship. you create nav haz in sector you blew up the carbo ship and there is a nav haz in the sector you flee into. Is this new ? or did I always miss this because I normally do this at dock ? Just checking if this might be something new that cropped into twgs beta. This was in a beta server. |

Test & Training Game on my server. I get same result, never seen it before but like you I typically do this at dock. I ended in 9988 which on the way in was clean with "0" Haz. I loaded the Non- Beta and result. Sector : 12614 in uncharted space. Its always been that way for me as well if I wasnt doing the pod flee back to dock H |

So it creates debris in both sectors? That doesn't sound right if it does. |

Ok, that's fixed. What was happening was when the attacking ship was destroyed, it generated navhaz for that ship, then the pod fled to another sector. Then the game proceeded to deal with the original ship's destruction, generating NavHaz in the current player's sector which is now where the pod fled. Now that it's fixed, the navhaz will be generated for both ships in the original attack directory, so there will be 2% navhaz rather than 1% for each sector. |
