I'm confused. I am trying to test scripts on the beta server. The world ssm and sst that I have do not work on the new game (game b) I am not sure what stressing the game means. So can someone make in the clear on this. Maybe I missed something who knows. However, I think that if it's a test site. Shouldn't we be allowed to test scripts in peace? hence the death delay. 2 people wrote a self destruct script to gain money to attack me and take my things. I wasn't playing the game to conquer. I was trying to write scripts for my own with the planets that I had. However, that was blown away. also was working on a tweaked planet trade and tweaking some of the other scripts I have I was assuming I am stressing the game. Mind you these scripts are for the new version of the game. I'm stressing the game i suppose by testing new scripts? Or just confused help? |

Additional information would assist in figuring out the issue. How do you mean they don't work? Is your database bad? Could it be that the server commands per cycle are to low (15 I think or 20) Are you typing the command correctly? Is warp delay on? Are you using Allkeys or Space? Primarily some additional information about the error you are receiving would be of some help in diagnosing your issue. |

Comet , I'de guess your script is not functioning because of the cpc set so low. That is just another reason you might want to go to a less traveled server to write your scripts , so you don't have to deal with servers not wanting scripts or players. Well .. more of the former .. no scripts , but it will probably result in the later as well. come try your scripts at my server. not too many players to bother you. |
