| Post subject: | 'new posts' feature broken? |
every day i log in, the forum shows me sections with new posts (yellow check mark on left). i go into those and there are no new posts - just posts i haven't read yet (because the topics aren't interesting to me). is there a way to differentiate between posts i haven't read and posts that are actually new since the last time i logged in? i consider the 'new posts' flag to be broken in this regard. |

Perhaps a small icon next to new posts to "mark as read" or something similar? I agree it would be nice to not have to look at every post to get rid of the yellow arrow. MD |

As u enter each forum... at the top right is a link to Mark topics read. that should solve your problem... note though I'm not sure, it prolly uses cookies to keep track, can't say for sure. |

Also at the botom of the main page is one to mark ALL forums read... that should get rid off all ur checks, till a new post is made somewhere. |
