Grettings to the Staff at Classic TradeWars. I have a problem with an account. My wife now uses the alias Daala and I had contacted Vulcan a few weeks back to set her password and change her username (her old alias was Sariss). I see that it has been changed to daala, and she can't log into the account at all. When she attempts to login, it says "successful login", but returns her back to the login page. Could we request her account be deleted and I will have her re-register? It is frustrating her that I made the request, the changes made, but she can't get online. I would appreciate the help. Thank you. |

Thrawn, Sorry for the problem, If I hear from the others I'll mention it to them. We've had a couple problems since the last outage, maybe this is a result of one of them. We'll get it fixed |
