In the interest of fairness and to try and get back to the old way of doing
things, we are making some changes. We all know that a very fast unlim game
favors the reds almost exclusively. With the advent of some very creative
cashing scripts, reds can very easily outcash any goods in the beginning.
This game has a few changes to try and even things out a bit.
1) Only the ISS can carry a Ptorp.
2) Ferrengal cannot be capped.
3) There are ten solid bubbles. First come, first serve. Here they are:

4) The Constellation has been given H scan and 255 holds BUT you are
required to be the CEO to fly it. Both sides can use it.
5) There is one other surprise in the ship mods. You'll know it when you t
see it.
6) Planets have been heavily modded to support the builders. Check them.
7) The Missile Frigate is no longer PTorp capable. Don't waste your creds.
MBBS has been enabled. Mostly to curtail the losses and gains associatedwith attacking others figs... You'll need to come by your exp honestly.
9) 6 Man corps enabled. I am a BIG FAN of the Mega Corp from the old days.
If you don't know what that means, message me and I'll explain it.
10) Ports are also MBBS. You will need to farm your planets, not drive
around the punyverse WorldTrading and such! Gridding is pointless!
11) Gridding is pointless! Don't clog my PunyVerse. We are runnign a fig
sweeper script at least once a day randomly. ALL SECTORS with less than
1000 figs in them WILL BE SWEPT CLEAN! It might happen at extern, it
might happen right in the middle of your scripting but it WILL HAPPEN.
Plan accordingly.
Finally. This is a game in development. If I see a problem with how it's
Progressing, I will Tedit the issue to correct it. Ultimately, I am trying
to bring back the old days a little here as well as find a reasonable way
to make the game playable, goods against evils, not script against script.
