To End the Game: All 9 Alien Planets Must Be Captured.

To Win the Game: A Player or Corp Must Have 6 or More Aliens Planets
and Hold Their Alien Planets for 3 Days After the Last Alien Planet is Captured.

Changes made to the game:

No Guardian Bonus on the 8 Lane Highway.
Curbside Parking fighters will be raised to 75,000, Shields to 16,000.
All Alien Planets will be max out.
Photons at this time will remain inactive.
