So far I have noticed in every server running this edit , that some ships say they can have holo .. but when trying to purchase it , the hardware emporium will say your ship cant use it. May I suggest , maybe using a technque I think rev or river rat came up with. I use it on some edits I host , Eden , Borgan , Pod , Desert Storm .... Before importing any of these edits , make a directory ANSI next to the GOLD one under game directory. Then import one of the mentioned edits ... convert the .txt to .ans and use an ansi editor .. when done , edit name to .txt Then it can be used by those with animation on or off , to show same data. Not the junk .. this is a fast ship ... lol , I have pertanant data at top of the screens. Pop onto my server .. maybe the Eden game and take a look at the ships/planets. Telnet://202.151.82.243:2002 Would be a nice addition to the edit. If you don't do it before the actual game , I'll probably do it to the one on my server later because I think its a good edit .. and with those screens .. that much better.
