and 50% regen on the ports, how can anyone make any money.

I think you need to rethink those, also why are photons off, that makes it almost impossible to invade.

Right now with one error: The Rob Delays are still on (the ship delays are off). I assume that it is an oversight and the rob delay will be turned off (I'm going to mention this to the sysop when I talk with him tonight).

Just to update, although it may be too late for anyone that wanted to join: The rob delay is now off.
