when i get back from vacation i'd like to get into a regular groove of game rebangs. please post your edit/settings requests here and i'll see what i can do. i'll even setup a bunch of unlims if thats what people want. however, i am loathe to run a lot of aliens, so if you want 10 alien races then i may have to think about it.

I am always looking for games like the following...

1-3 corp members max

low turn 2000-3000 per day

3 day turn bank

unlimited time

truce or no truce are both fine

colonist policy - not sure what is best yet - but closer to out of box with more periodic updates is good

maybe 2 alien races?

Basically, these settings seem to work for players like me that work a lot and can only pop in every other day or so and still have a chance.

thanks man!

I enjoy the RevStock game settings...

But, the 3-day turn bank would be very nice.

F
G gangsters v2 10k 20k
H hardrock cafe 10k 20k
I hard times 10k 20k
J
K killer instinct (ck) ??? ???
L epoch-4 (ck) ??? ???
M moon patrol ??? ???
N

P pirates unlim 20k
Q mega pirates unlim 20k
R poker run unlim 20k
S subzero unlim 20k
T
U
V

if you know who created the edits that don't have names, let me know so i can give credit where it is due. i think gangsters, hardrock, and pirates are res edits... not sure tho. also, i'm looking for "the good" star wars edits. i have starwars_54.twa, but i'm not sure if thats the good one or not.

i'm still very much open to suggestions. if the turns/sectors i have assigned don't really match a certain edit, let me know. i'll probably assign a 3 day turn bank to all turns games. if any of these edits have aliens i will remove them and there will be no truces.

I can help you out some. Sub Zero, 1st I heard of it was when GOP ask me to tweak the twa. So I assume GOP made the original edits which were no where near what they are today. About 3 months later, Res edited it to the version we know today.
Res can claim full credit to pirates & gangsters for sure, and I think you are also right about hardrock cafe.
1st I heard of moo2 was on Stonewalls server (The Deep South). You may not find out who's edit this is unless someone steps up.
Poker Run (aka Poker) is an edit I can claim credit for. I also created the 1st Hard Times edit, now this edit may not be the original since that was one I created years ago.
I believe Mega Pirates is an edit version of Pirates that was done by Sage.
The 1st I heard of Moon Patrol was on Modem Master's server I believe. He may know who that was originally.

P.S If you are looking for the original Star Wars (Return of the Jedi) edit created by Grazhoppa, I have it and can send it to you any time you want it.

I do not know how valid this is, but I know back when anyjoe was running Ice, he gave credit for the MOO2 edit to Rincrast... I am also attributing it to him.

That is a very good question, sir. I will see if I can dig some of my oldies out.

Not sure if I'd play (I'd like to, but not a lot of time), but another good edit from back in the day was Fuseblown's Red Alert. Very nice low turn game there.
