i'm on vacation and i'm having trouble connecting to my home network. my parent's vista box doesn't have telnet.exe (gasp) so i cant even connect to the twgs. can anyone verify that my twgs is up or down?

i suspect that it is down, if so then it will remain down until monday night. sorry!

you can play tw with vista. but vista home basic doesnt come with telnet.exe installed by default. i figured out how to install it. i only need it because i dont want to install a bunch of crap on my inlaws' machine while im on vacation. normally i wouldnt use telnet.exe because it sucks as a telnet client - no macros, no blinking ansi, etc.
