Auto updates can cause lag problems for a short time.

Yea I check no updates are on, and no defrag, I duplicated the problem 4 times in a row it was hanging on game 3 every time, rebang and it went away. We were messing around in it a lot the other day just playing and I may have jacked up some setting. Either way it seems good now, I will get in that game tonight and test for a couple hours, and hit extern manually a few times on that game and make sure all is well.
Thanks for all the suggestions, as always you all are more than helpful.
