I'll be starting a builder game sometime this week. I'll post the exact time and date Monday. The settings will include:

30k sectors
10k turns w/ 3 day turn bank (30k maximum turn build)
Stardock adjacent to federation space both directions
Photons will be OFF for 30 days
60 ms planet delay until day 30
Five man corps
Ships with very high defensive odds and low offensive odds.
3 alien races (Alien Traders, Ferrengi, Romulan) - (Special alien ships)
3 alien planets (All alien planets will be level 6 and maxed on day 1)

Special rules until V-screen says day 30: (If it shows in the logs it is a violation and account deletion is possible)

No player vs. player combat
No invasions except planets claimed by aliens.
Only 1 fig per sector unless it is in a dead end and is a base sector.
No armind mines unless it is in a dead end and is a base sector.
Quasar cannons and IG's allowed ONLY in base sectors.
(NO ASSET SHARING, BUT NO RULE AGAINST ALLIANCES OR INFORMATION SHARING)
Asset sharing is allowed IF and ONLY IF the total members of the 2 corporations add up to NO MORE than 5. (Another words you can have 1 red corp and 1 blue corp as long as you only have 5 total members)


Any player complaints must be accompanied by a capture of the violation, so make sure you are logging everything.

I'm going to open this game on 7/12/11 at 8pm EST. Please read the rules above and abide by them if you want to participate in this game.
