Darn U-verse slugs had my line all screwed up, so they had to send out some other team to get that working. They got the pipe fixed, but now I am fighting with the deployment team about getting an installation time that does not conflict with my work hours. The good news is that my new server is up and running, all games rebanged and ready to go. I just need them to turn on the U-verse so I can add the last few configurations to the server and turn you all loose on them. I can't wait to see what kind of pings I get, as well as how the increased bandwidth helps.

I will give 24 hours notice here once the transition is complete before enabling logins.

My old server is still connected to the DSL and still serving if anyone wants to try anything crazy.

Ok, looks like everything is set for the new server deployment for Sunday. The U-verse jokers are supposedly supposed to have everything up and running by Saturday afternoon.
