I will be opening two unlim turn games, both using my truce edit setup of a single ship with 1 fig, no eprobes, dets, ptorps, or mines at 8 PM Central on Friday. Aliens are set to non-aggressive and then restored to their normal edit setting at truce end.

Truce end for WW III be 8 PM Central on Saturday .

Truce end for Sub Zero at 9 PM Central on Sunday .

The truce edit script will be use to automatically restore the games to normal play at 9 PM on the appropriate day.

I will post game settings on Friday.

ProTruceSetup.ts Available
This script is now a generic edit truce setup script for games with aliens (might work w/o aliens - haven't tested), and if anyone wants a copy of it, leave a PM on this site with your email addy. Source code will be provided so you can make changes and the only thing I would ask is that if you give the script to someone after changing it, that you note the changes and leave the commented header in place. I do have some additional changes planned for the script that may be in place by Friday to allow the sysOp to script changes to alien planets (ore, cannon settings, shields, fighters, cit treasury). One feature (thanks to Thrawn for the idea of using windows in the game open script) is the use of TWX windows showing the status of the script during setup and game time to truce end).

Sorry the server went down and I was out of state. Supposed to have been back by 6:00 PM, Sat night to make the trip to KC, but that didn't work out either. Anyway, the server and router was rebooted and it is back online at of midnight Sat......... WW III truce expired so it is a heads up game. Sub Zero truce ends Sunday night at 9 PM so it is a very shortened truce and build your bases accordingly.

Script was fine, sysOp fubar'd..... blasted Delphi and trying to find documentation........
