There are ties in two categories -- Best New Player and Best Strategic
Player. Kemper and I have decided to have a runoff vote on these two
categories. The special runoff vote will start tomorrow night at 7pm
eastern, and will remain open until 7pm eastern time on Wednesday,
March 3rd.
