Thrawn .. i  admire what you have done with the TW Academy and i would think as much exposure in as many places would be a good thing for the game. But don't buy into the paranoia that this site is closing ...

Okay first of all for the information of what is happening on the forum, I have been talking with Vadis on helping work on the forums looks and other things, I am also working on making the database for the forum, but we are having a miscommunication some where, I am not closing down this forum, nor intend to, I am trying to fix it, I don't know about a move, thought the fixes were going to be for this server, but no problem, I am going to talk with Vadis more, but for now have to get a lot of rest, have pneumonia, and have been in bed for a few days.

I don't know where others are getting that the forum is shutting down, or what, I am working on making a new database for the forum, and if the portal program can take it I am going to convert it to the new database, so the forums will run better and faster, for the better, also I am working on new skins for it as well, and have asked Vadis for help on redesigning as well. But he is makin his in Vbulletin. Also maybe on another server, my intententions weren't to move the forums at all, but fix what problems we have now and make things better.

Also we do have a upload and down load area on the forum that works, if people read a little and know where it is then they can use it. I am working on making it for TWA's as well soon too.

There are too many rumors going around about this site going to be shut down or that it is turned over to me and earth, because there is a new one being made.

Actually the forum was being turned over for me and earth to run for the community, this, according to JP is the Official TW site for the current TW crowd, for the Classic TW games.

Now we are working on getting the Committee going for the Classic TW crowd, and hopefully the nominations for the committee will be started soon, and we are not limiting it to just a select few either, it is going to be a fair committee, that represents all areas from TW. I have been working on this from a while back with JP, Zentock has been helping out on this as well as other players and ops too.

It is time for this forum to move on into the future for the players, sysops and staff alike, now we all need to finally pull together to get things going, and stop the bickering and argueing, and finally get the community in gear, and in the right direction, and make it happen for us all.

Sorry can't do more, worn out, pneumonia, have to get to rest now, very sick and tired, so need to rest, but rest assured the forums are here and for you the community, and we are about to set the proper things in motion, soon as I get better I will start on the database, I have the knowhow to get it started, then we will go from there.
