Hey, when using MoMBot to cap alien ships - it keeps giving me a "You have no targets" prompt, even if there are enemy ships in sector, and the ships I'm trying to cap have already been added to the database.

Is there something I'm missing?

It only adds ships that are in the database that can be purchased. Once you capture a ship get in and run the storeship command it and it will add it to the database for future captures. Or if you know the specs you can add the manually.

I've already done the storeship for each alien ship I've capped manually, but MoMbot still returns "You have no targets" when I try ">cap" command with already stored alien ships in sector.

the Storeship command saves the data to file, and the mombot needs to be reloaded to have the new data in memory.

Also check your TAB ~ (tilde), menu, I think there's a setting to turn off alien ship capture. Don't exactly remember.

Yes there is, and it is OFF by default.
