Post subject:  SysOp SetUp Scripts

I have just been advised by an returning player of a mistake
in the Make ansi file script displays.
So I made the change and wanted to inform the everybody
including Helix before he goes too far on setting up all those TWA's

I have fixed both SO_ProMakeAnsi scripts and included them
here , one in a zip folder for SO_V1_Scripts setup scripts
and the other for V2 in the SO_PreGameScripts folder.

Both contain the extra scripts for game setup , but to use the alien
planet setter , you will have to initialize the aliens first.

The old display of Citadels says its Prod:Col and reports 2:1 where it should
say Col:Prod 2:1

Both versions now fixed , that was something you might want to
check in Pro's Game info .

Thanks, I am testing now. I will probably have to redo most of the v1xx Updated TWA. Not just for the display issue. Some other issue where the new files are not being set in the game under ships/planets.

I found a couple of issues with the v1 so makeansi

It can only create files for 20 ships, for more than twenty it goes through the motions but when trying to set the text file you get the message the ship21.txt cannot be found.

When you first use the script, and you are setting it up, I chose numbers instead of letters. So the directories would be (in my case) TW1-TW25. Some where along the line it goofed and when I tried to create files for my game Z, it tried to put the files into TW26/ANSI. I have no idea where it goofed but I just deleted the folders and will start again.

Finally... This part is a request.
Show the game letter and the directory to be used as prompt for the final y/n

You want to use Game Letter A and drop the files into $GameDIR [Y/N]
Yes - the Script runs
No - the script resets to the beginning.
