I have a Teamspeak Server where people can get together and talk about their common interests using voice (voice is an old fashioned mode of communication that is still very effective).

We have people who use the TS server for Freelancer (another game server that i run) and Tradewars.. and sometimes we get together when we are playing poker on-line.

One of my favourite topics is scripting.. and i spend many hours tossing ideas back and forth with Vid. We help each other with our code and between us we have come up with some good ideas..

I invite anybody who has an interest in scripting to join us, whether you are a veteran programmer or a novice who wants to learn more or simply wants to talk about your (or our) script ideas.

I find that my interest in programming is not shared by many of the people around me.. and so finding other people to talk with about this topic is very refreshing.. and heartening..
