baby steps, I need baby steps as in how to run a script before I attempt to write one!

I spent half the morning trying to access the mombot help menus for the few scripts I do have to try to see what does what.

I do have a headset for teamspeak now, and did got it all configured properly with the help of Zep and Traveler the other day. I'm sure I'll catch Vid Kid on one of these days during the Holidays.

Yup , I'm always connected , just jump right into the lobby and I'll be there in a few minutes if I'm afk ... or sooner if I'm waiting and bored.

Now that I got banned from Toymans server for putting an ansi picture up

What I think is this is the wrong forum for you to complain about a server. Got a complaint please go to the correct forum. I got the answers but wrong place.

OK, but not in a builders game. Closed game on your server perhaps? Someplace we can just tedit assets and get to the meat of the matter. I do need practice ship to ship fighting.

I should have time this evening to bang a game. I usually use game T on my sever for testing if you have a particular edit let me know or I will just rebang it the way it is.
Then I can edit in what ever were needing. I am currently not in Oklahoma so pings should be close to same for both of us, we would not want an unfair advantage

Game T will be fine, but tonight may not work. I don't want to interrupt your holiday vacation or anything, just let me know when you're home again. I think what's confusing the most and where you an help save me some time is to point me to the public scripts that are decent. Some of the names are so cryptic I have no idea what they do, or how to use them. Like one of the pdrop scripts Vid showed me last night needed to have the ZTM, well I hadn't taken time to ZTM the sandbox game and he knew how to get the warps in just a few minutes, and passed me the file over teamspeak. Technology never stops amazing me. But anyhow, I was up too late last night with him and need to get some rest tonight, work tomorrow morning early.

Not trying to be rude but it did not really sound as if Vid was 'complaining". Sounded more like he was making a statement about why he had time on his hands. Try re-reading it.

I did and his being banned has nothing to do with TradeWars Helpers & Scripts. He does not post in the Smack area so he was using this to air his complaints.
He could have just said he had free time, I read BS very well.
