I hate to say it, but the web-hosting service I've used is upgrading their platform but will drop support for "ColdFusion" - the language that the site was written in. I've got a current back-up of the whole site, so it could be moved somewhere else that supports CF but I'm not really looking for a new host at the moment.

I expect the site to remain up for the next few days but probably go down by the end of the week. I had a lot of fun setting it up and hate to see it go, thanks to everyone who used it and made it feel worthwhile!

106,583 hits and 237 scripts by 41 different authors - not too bad.

Maybe there is a way to post the scripts at different site with some simple links so that they remain readily available. Hit me up if you have any ideas.

Navhaz has a scripts section. People can upload anything, or I can link to them in a package, whatever.

I can setup a page on the site w/ the current scripts if you want, and you could point the DNS to it.

Any chance of hosting the files as a zip somewhere? I'm sure there is at least one site that will host them, though the format may be lost.

We are more than happy to add them to the TradeWars Academy section.

is it gone already? i only had about half of the scripts DLed...

I just uploaded every public script I have in packs by author (got them from Grimy's at 1 time or another) onto Navhaz.com. These are mostly the 2.04 versions.

I am also attaching a grimy script search I just saved, the search criteria were v2.04 scripts only, by date, all authors. Then I used Firefox's 'save as' to save the page. It's for the script descriptions cause most script authors dont document too well and we can use all the help we can get in figuring out how to use them.

PS: I miss you guys too.
