My issue is I put in merch 2000 o e neg. The planet will run to a port and try to planet negociate then it says time out error. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

i will be there after extern... They think however posting 100 figs offensively is going to keep them from being capped... like i said before 3628 is a great sector to kill them.. If you need any other information I can find it out for you
