When you enable the "status bar" (from under the 'view' menu), it appears at the very bottom of the screen.

Unfortunately, the information on the status bar is all cut off.... I cant see the full info for planet, ship, class O's, etc. Anyway to fix this (ie, make the information fields longer by moving them towards the left?)

I run on 1024x768 or 1152x864 and have never had a problem. What font size are you using? Normal, large or x-large?

just disable it again and resize the window a little bit ,
then activate it again and you should be back to normal.

i suspect your system font is too large. in windows control panel go to display properties, appearance tab. what do you have set for 'font size'? i bet swath doesn't accommodate larger fonts. although with the aging population of tw players, maybe it should? hehe.

I'm in Vista, so its a bit different, but, I'm using 120 DPI font... so it is set larger than the default font size. That must be the issue.

Not a big deal, just kind of a minor little annoyance I guess.
