Perform Repeated CIM (Computer Interrogation Mode), Port Reports compares results looking for blocked/opened ports, port value changes and reports via SubSpace. Also maintains a Log-file.

Upon inital run, or a 'reset' a master file is created and loaded at whenever the script restarts. Script will handle a Disconnect during a CIM update and continue normally
