First off - i have tried to find this info somewhere before asking just to create a post thread.
I am trying to set up my laptop for gameplay while traveling. I downloaded twx 2.04, ZOC, rev-helper, and several of my favorite scripts (Mis - gotta love that product pimp - wish it was called something a little more pc - like product hawg - Razorback plugs are always welcome). And I won't argue whether SWATH is a better host than Zoc - i just like zoc. Anyway I'm rambling so here goes...

When I ran setup for zoc all went well. Then I tried to place rev-helper in the script file i encountered the first difficulty. Zoc 5.07 doesn't have the script file. So i made one and tried that. Didn't work. So i put rev-helper into the Rexx file with the other scripts. Still does not work.

Error happens when I try to run _setup.zrx - same error both times (actually about 10 times). Error msg is
"< script error (_setup.zrx b.44) : invalid path in _get_script_path >

Although I don't use ZOC that much, I believe you need a version prior to 4.15.

prolly so - know it works with 4.15 - just have to retrograde it...

revhelper is untested in 5.x - i tried it once back in 5.x beta and it was miserable. i suggest zoc 4.14. you can find a copy here.

also, the email in that error report is wrong - i haven't used the coastgames.com email in years because it has been overrun with spam because i was foolish enough to include it on my website and in script error messages, which people post in public forums.

thanks rev - always know you are THE expert on all matters ZOC. Changed my zoc and now it works- does work with 4.15 BTW...
Although in 4.15 every now and then it will lock up and all files for that game are contaminated after that.

I use ZOC 4.08 and 4.15 and revhelper works okay on both. Version 5 doesn' t work with it too well.

markus (zoc author) started making some of the transition to 5.x in 4.15, so there are a few quirks. i don't know why he did that because from all accounts 5.x is a considerable rewrite.
