This is something I've been wanting to do for awhile. I made time today to write a script that allows you to actually view the videos at the Cineplex on Stardock.

Enjoy!

They kinda jump around a bit, but what do ya want for 100 credits?
It looked much better in Zoc than Swath, which tended to overwrite too much.
+EP+ you have too much spare time!!

Yup...yup...and EP is also known to not only have coding skills but even plays in a few games rather than just jumping all over everyone else's posts! [:D]

Heh. Yeah, I almost never jump all over anyone's posts. I hate drama. I have the Drama channel blocked on all my TVs. Sometimes, I wish there was a "Hide all posts by" feature in this forum.
They do kinda jump around, but I think this is due to TWX stripping out a few characters from the CURRENTANSILINE. No way to fix that at the moment though
This script does require TWX 2.04 though.

EP;
Forgive my limited knowledge in scripts, but this script, does it give players that can't view the movies the ability to finally view them? I can view in SWATH, but I know of a couple people that have told me they can't see them. If so, I'm happy to pass this along.

Thanks Sil.
Thrawn, it slows down the incoming text during the movie so that you can discern what is happening. I tried a number of different techniques, The published one seemed to give the best speed when painting new scenes, then slows down for dialog so that you can read it in time.
Give it a shot and see if it works for you.

Forgive me, as I am new to these scripts. I see that it does make a difference when using it. I noticed the movied played so fast, but with the script it did slow it down so I could actually read. My hat's off to you sir. I bow to your skills. [:D]

Just watch the movies on a 486 running windows 98 and ZOC. They move at about the right speed naturally, then

Hey, I read about those things in my course book on a chapter dealing of computer evolution and advancement. It kept referring to them as if they were of time of dinosaurs.

True, but I have enough 486's to equal a SuperComputer, and may plan to take over the world.... heh heh heh heh With Pinky of course

Heh heh...
Maybe I should hire and pay EP to create me a script to use these 486's and take over the world.
Of course I look forward to getting my hands on the military equiptment real soon
