Performs a continual Density Scan of Adjacent-sectors looking for *any* change, and fires a Photon into respective sector.

While Script is running press the - ..key at anytime to halt. It can be initiated from: Planet; Command; Port; StarDock, Prompts and will return once '-' is pressed.

Script Utilizes a completely original Density-Value-Change detection routine that has tested (on average), faster than OZ's DTorp.
