This was tested with version 2.04Beta only!
Let me know if there are any bugs.
I've tested it in several different scenarios, and it performed as well or
better than the original.
The biggest parts of the re-write are 1) not relying on getSector (which is
notoriously slow), and 2) sending the attack macro on one line, instead of
being broken up over 5+ lines. The more junk in the sector, the slower the
original Cit Killa worked. I have eliminated that problem.
